Svetness Corporate is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers in Florida to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces. You will tailor programs, track progress in the Svetness App, and ensure client safety during workouts.

This role offers flexible scheduling, no non-compete, and bonuses through client referrals. Trainers receive liability insurance, education resources, and equipment discounts to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with reputable accreditation (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE).
• CPR/AED certification up to date.
• High school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of training experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic nutrition understanding to guide clients.
• Familiarity with a variety of training equipment and methods.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and travel to client homes.
• Own basic training equipment to assist clients when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor sessions to help clients meet goals.
• Customize workouts from the Initial Assessment.
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form with modifications as needed.
• Perform reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client appointments using Svetness scheduling software.
• Offer a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs.
• Commute to client sessions within about 45 minutes.
