Job summary

Svetness Personal Training seeks qualified in-home personal trainers to deliver tailored fitness coaching at clients' homes or outdoor locations. You’ll design programs, demonstrate exercises with proper form, and log progress via the Svetness app.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, competitive pay of $35 to $45 per hour, and ongoing education. Travel up to 45 minutes; a concierge team supports scheduling so you can focus on training.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification up-to-date.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Basic nutrition knowledge for healthy habits.
• Fitness expertise with various methods and equipment.
• Lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Carry essential training tools as needed.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one and couples’ coaching in clients’ homes or outdoor locations.
• Design tailored workout programs based on goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises with proper form and adjust as needed.
• Track progress using Svetness Fitness App and session notes.
• Maintain consistent client appointments and scheduling.
