Job summary

GYMGUYZ Williamsburg is seeking a certified personal trainer to help clients get stronger, healthier, and more confident. You train at clients' homes, and you can choose the days and hours you're available, with no requirement to find clients or sell services.

We provide the clients and the equipment, plus opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. Earn $30–$40 per session to start, with potential for more via semi-private/group training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Build customized fitness programs based on each client's goals and needs.
• Deliver safe, effective workouts in clients' homes.
• Coach proper technique, motivation, and accountability; track progress with periodic reassessments.
• Build strong relationships to keep clients motivated and committed.
• Stay connected with the team through mentorship, communication, and ongoing support.
