Provide in-home and on-site sessions, create personalized programs, and support clients on their fitness journey. This role offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with extensive training and development.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized personal training certification is required.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and work flexible hours.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and on-site personal training sessions to clients of varying fitness levels and goals.
• Create personalized exercise programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App.
• Ensure client safety and provide ongoing motivation and support.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle.
• Monitor and track client progress and adjust plans for maximum results.
• Conduct reassessments.
• Drive to and from client training sessions.
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app.
• Attend monthly team meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
