Job summary

• Ambulation assistance
• Dressing and personal hygiene support
• Meal planning and preparation following care plans
• Light housekeeping and laundry per caregiver duties
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Follow written care plans and report observations

Responsibilities

• Ambulation assistance and support with daily activities
• Bathing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, and nail care as needed
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Transport to appointments and errands as dictated by the care plan
• Escort clients to medical facilities and social activities as required
• Observe client conditions and report any safety concerns to Branch Manager
• Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation as outlined in care plan
• Document care provided and maintain client confidentiality
