Job summary

Addus Family company is seeking a caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care to elderly, chronically ill, and disabled clients in their own homes. You will work one-on-one, assisting with personal care, grooming, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping while promoting safety, dignity, and independence.

You’ll follow individualized care plans, document services, and report any changes in condition promptly.
