Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. is seeking caring in-home personal care aides to support elderly and disabled clients in Choteau and surrounding areas. You will help with daily living activities, companionship, and respite for caregivers as clients live independently at home.

The role offers daytime, evening, and weekend hours with private fees, Medicaid, or insurance coverage, plus a comprehensive benefits package and incentives based on hours available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and liability insurance.
• Must have transportation to and from client's home.
• Willing to participate in 16 hours attendant training and in-services as scheduled.
• Knowledge of elderly and disabled is helpful.
• Home health aide or nurse's aide training is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized assistance with daily living: bathing, dressing, medication reminders, meal preparation, ambulation, shopping, escorts to appointments, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Perform household duties: laundry, errands, meal prep, socialization, and light maintenance.
• Support clients to live independently in their own homes and provide companionship and respite to caregivers.
