Eminence Home Care is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join our Maryland team. You will provide direct in‑home care, assist with bathing, grooming, mobility, meals, and companionship, and support clients in home or facility settings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide or similar role preferred.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Immunizations and TB test up-to-date.
• Ability to think and work independently with team guidance.
• Excellent bedside manner when communicating with health professionals.
