Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
• Monitor health and well-being; report concerns to supervisor.
• Assist with mobility and accompany to appointments or social activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment for clients.
• Provide medication reminders as needed and follow care plans.
• Communicate regularly with the office to coordinate care.
