Job summary

FaithCare Hawaii in Honolulu is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes on Oahu. You will work under the Supervising Nurse to provide personal care, mobility assistance, and basic daily tasks.

Applicants must reside in Oahu or be willing to relocate, have a high school diploma or CNA training, pass background and TB clearance, and hold FA/CPR certification. A valid driver's license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a CNA training program or certification is required.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must have FA/CPR certification.
• TB clearance required.
• Must have other documentary requirements (ID or passport, SSN card, etc).

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care and related services in the home under supervision of the Supervising Nurse.
• Assists with hygiene, bathing, grooming, mobility and toileting.
• Does not handle money or finances for clients.
• Follows service plan and reports changes to supervisor.
• Performs routine housekeeping for a safe, clean home.
• Documents visits and confirms scheduling weekly.
