Job summary

Visiting Angels of New Braunfels seeks an In Home Personal Aide to support seniors in the local community. Start this week and earn a paycheck next week. You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation and companionship to help clients stay at home with dignity.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent time-management skills required.
Reliable transportation to client visits.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.
Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
Assist with light housekeeping.
Encourage clients to meet exercise goals.
Prompt clients to take medications on time.
Assist with shopping and groceries (or shop for them).
Plan and prepare meals with clients based on ability.
