Visiting Angels Midland is hiring an In Home Personal Aide to support seniors in their homes across West Texas, including Midland and Odessa. You’ll provide compassionate personal care, help with daily activities, and ensure safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Reliable transportation to client visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping and cooking tasks.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response.
• Heart for vulnerable people and meaningful companionship.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Manage light housekeeping tasks.
• Encourage clients to meet exercise and fitness goals.
• Prompt clients to take medications at the right times.
• Assist with shopping and putting away groceries or shop for them.
• Plan and prepare meals in collaboration with clients.
• Assist with mobility and ambulation for outings and doctor visits.
