Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is seeking a Per Diem Physician to provide In-Home Health Evaluations across Nebraska. This role allows clinicians to engage intimately with patients by visiting them in their own homes, establishing rapport while performing health evaluations and addressing care gaps.

The ideal candidate will possess an active, unrestricted medical license and have the ability to work flexibly on a part-time basis. This opportunity offers an hourly compensation of $105.00 and supports a range of benefits.
