Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult medically fragile patients in their home setting. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring orders are followed and changes in patient condition are documented.

Qualified candidates are currently licensed as an RN in the practicing state, have a BLS card, and meet TB/chest X-ray requirements; one year of nursing experience

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where the RN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-ray.
• BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services per orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
