Qualifications

• Must hold an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) is required.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation is required.
