Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is looking for a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to provide personal care for clients in their homes. The role involves assisting with hygiene, domestic tasks, and ensuring patient safety while documenting progress for overall wellbeing.

The position offers a pay rate of $52 per hour and requires an active RN License, experience in healthcare, and other qualifications. The schedule is Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience in a healthcare setting, 3–5 years preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License or State-Issued ID.
• TB Test Results, Social Security Card, Vaccination Card.
• Fingerprinting / Background Check Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients in their homes, helping with personal hygiene and domestic tasks.
• Document clients' progress to ensure their overall well-being.
• Monitor patients during meals to reduce choking risk.
