Afternoons, evenings, and weekends are common, with scheduling either regular or as needed. You will document care electronically and may perform skills such as medication administration and g-tube nutrition.

Qualifications

• Current valid license as RN or LPN in Iowa.
• Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and mobility within clinical areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing support in the home or community.
• Interact with the child and participate in activities.
• Complete electronic documentation (MARS).
• Administer medications and manage trach/feeding/seizure care as trained.
