Amazing Care Home Health Services seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for clients from birth to 18 years old in Aurora, CO. You will evaluate and treat, and partner with families to support functional goals in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is required
• NBCOT Certification is required
• Colorado OT License is required
• Current CPR certification is required
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required
• 1+ year OT experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
• Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas
• Educate and coach families for consistent home program support
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of care
