Responsabilités
- Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient’s condition and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and families
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records using a web-based EMR system
