Connect Pediatrics is hiring immediately for Pediatric Home Health Nurses (RN or LVN) in Texas. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with flexible scheduling and competitive compensation, all aimed at fostering career growth in in-home pediatric care.

Qualifications

• Pediatric home health experience preferred but not required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Nursing license to practice in Texas (LVN) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing according to physician-prescribed plan of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and feedings per care plan.
• Maintain professional relationships with patients and families.
• Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and coordination of care.
