Qualifications

• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) – Aveanna can assist after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• One-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies; consistent charting.
• Patient assessments and coordination of care with physicians.
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
