Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated clinical team delivering one-on-one ABA services to children in home or community settings.

This role is part-time with flexible scheduling, paid training provided, and opportunities to gain BCBA supervision hours as you grow in the ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• RBT certification required before working.

• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
