Right at Home Morgantown is seeking a compassionate PCA Caregiver to join our in-home care team. This part-time role focuses on personal care, companionship, and light housekeeping, helping clients maintain independence in their familiar surroundings.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor well-being, and communicate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. 18+ years old, ability to lift, reliable transport, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 8 hour shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to clients in their homes, including personal care, companion care, and light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Perform vital sign checks, meal preparation, and medication management as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
