Visiting Angels - Claremont, NH is seeking an In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients in the Upper Connecticut River Valley area, including nearby towns. Earn $18.00-$22.00 per hour with flexible daytime hours and opportunities for advancement.

You will help clients with personal care, meals, mobility, and companionship while adhering to individualized care plans. Training in dementia and Alzheimer's care is available, with benefits and mileage reimbursement offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• First Aid and emergency response training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Support light exercise, mobility, and ambulation.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Help with light housekeeping and errands.
• Report health changes and emergencies promptly.
• Provide companionship and maintain client safety.
• Transport clients to appointments using own vehicle.
• Respect dietary restrictions and medication reminders.
