Visiting Angels Boise is hiring a caring In Home Patient Care Assistant (PCA) to support clients across Caldwell, Nampa, Meridian and nearby areas. You will help with personal care, light housekeeping, meals, mobility, and companionship in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle required for client transport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• First Aid training and emergency response skills are required (provided if needed).
• Good time-management and ability to juggle multiple duties are important.
• Reliable transportation to client homes when scheduled for care.
• Comfort with housekeeping and cooking duties while following dietary constraints.
• Willingness to comply with health and safety standards (e.g., background checks).
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten each client's day.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care and hygiene.

In Home Patient Care Assistant - PCA Job Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a Valid Drivers License, Car Insurance, and a Reliable Personal Vehicle to use to transport clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is required (provided if needed)
• Have excellent time-management skills and can juggle multiple duties at once
• Reliable transportation to get to and from client homes at the times you're scheduled to provide care
• Feel confident in your physical endurance when it comes to things like carrying groceries and physically supporting a client
• Feel comfortable performing housekeeping and cooking duties while adhering to applicable dietary constraints
• Are willing and able to comply with state and office-specific health and safety standards (ex., background check)
• Bring compassion, understanding, and a desire to brighten the day of each client to the table
