Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an Occupational Therapist in Seattle, WA for an onsite 14‑week contract starting 11/30/2026. The role offers 40-hour weeks at a pay rate of $54.50 per hour, with a base weekly pay of $2,180.

The Occupational Therapist will provide outpatient rehabilitation services in home settings, evaluate and treat in the patient’s home, and design goals and plans to maximize functional independence for older adults. A flexible schedule and varied settings are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
• Must have a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the patients’ residence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants, temporary licensees, students and support personnel as applicable.
• Adhere to department and patient treatment schedules, including clinical and billing documentation.
• Attend and contribute to patient care, staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Refer to other disciplines to address patient needs and coordinate care with the rehabilitation team.
