Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home and senior living care in Georgia. You will evaluate patients, create and implement plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy to enhance safety, mobility and independence.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in GA or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited OT program.
• CPR certification and basic computer/EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes and senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapies that support wellness, mobility and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX's EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
