Job summary

Jukebox Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to conduct in-home evaluations and deliver recommendations for home modifications. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping older adults and individuals with disabilities thrive safely and independently at home.

This contract position requires a minimum of 10 hours weekly availability and includes compensation of $120 per evaluation. Experience in home health is preferred, as well as comfort with technology.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered OT license required.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience in home health or disability services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments and evaluations.
• Deliver personalized recommendations for home modifications.
• Educate clients on fall prevention techniques.
