Job summary

Select Physical Therapy in Danbury, CT is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient/In-Home program. The role serves patients needing in-home PT following total joint replacements, with the clinic operating as an outpatient center to streamline documentation.

Salary ranges from $85k to $105k based on experience, with a sign-on bonus, student debt repayment, and mileage paid as part of compensation. Schedule is Monday–Friday; PRN and Part-Time are also available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
