Tentac Enterprises is seeking a Home Organizer and Packer in Bloomington, IL to help clients declutter and organize residential spaces. You will work directly with clients to create calm, functional environments across closets, kitchens, basements, and garages.

The role emphasizes hands-on organizing, item categorization, and designing sustainable storage systems while maintaining a professional, empathetic approach during client transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in home organization or decluttering preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with space planning.
• Empathetic, patient, and able to work under stress during transitions.
• Willingness to travel in the Bloomington-Normal area.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home decluttering and organization services.
• Sort, categorize, and arrange items with client input.
• Create sustainable systems for storage and organization.
• Support clients through decision-making and emotional attachment to items.
• Maintain a non-judgmental, professional, and supportive presence at all times.
• Coordinate donation pickups with Go Green when needed.
• Ensure client areas are left tidy, functional, and clearly organized.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for all client belongings.
