Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in WA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation or access to a vehicle/public transit.
• Ability to function in home-care settings with diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy in patients' homes under supervision of the OT and plan of care.
• Follow state laws and implement treatment as defined by the supervising OT.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment to the nurse supervisor/physician.
• Educate patient, family, caregiver, and other health team members on therapy techniques.
