BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in home health visits based in Rutland, Vermont. You will join a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients across Windsor and Windham County.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Prior home care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

• Educate and instruct patients and family members on rehabilitative care.
• Accurately document observations and interventions.
