Job summary

UPMC Home Health in the Bedford County area is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver one-on-one home health services. You’ll assess, plan, and implement OT interventions, supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient independence in the home setting.

Applicants should have an OT degree and be eligible for NBCOT; PA licensure is required or pending.

Qualifications

• OT degree and eligibility or active practice in the US.
• Ability to provide home health OT services.
• Ability to supervise a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in home settings.
• Develop and implement OT plan of treatment.
• Supervise the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Complete documentation including visit assessments and required forms.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
