Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Lakeland, FL. You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients.
• Comfort with technology; EMR training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and seniors.
• Assess mobility, strength, and function; develop goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare standards.
