Qualifications

• Must have an active California Occupational Therapist license.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Must pass a physical exam within the past year.
• Negative TB test must be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage caseload is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home occupational therapy to recovering patients.
• Focus on improving ADLs, home safety, motor skills.
• Conduct 45-minute sessions, 2-3 visits per patient weekly.
• Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients based on availability.
• Document therapy sessions using user-friendly platform.
