Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license in coverage area(s).
• Board certification required.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations using a clinician workflow.
• Travel locally within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed and coordinate with care teams.
• Deliver diagnostic and preventive health services as indicated.
