You will travel locally within licensed states, conduct virtual visits as needed, and provide diagnostic and preventive services with clinical autonomy in a patient‑centered setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification required.
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home health evaluations for members.
• Review medication history and health plan requirements.
• Coordinate with health plans to bridge gaps in care.
• Travel locally within licensed states and conduct virtual visits when needed.
