Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification is required.
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for health plan members.
• Review medication history and perform a physical evaluation.
• Administer, interpret, or arrange diagnostic tests as ordered by the health plan.
• Travel locally within licensed states and visit members at home.
• Conduct virtual visits when needed and use iPad-based workflow.
