Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is looking for a Part-time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide in-home health evaluations across Minnesota. This role involves engaging with patients, performing medical evaluations, and providing personalized health assessments. Candidates must have an active license, board certification, and a completed number of post-graduate collaborative practice hours. The position is flexible, allowing for travel and virtual visits. The hourly pay ranges from $41.85 to $90.13, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Active nursing or physician assistant license required in Minnesota.
• Completion of collaborative practice hours in integrated clinical care.
• Board certification is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home health evaluations and engage with patients.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed with comprehensive care.
