The Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement is seeking a Full Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations. You will engage with patients, conduct comprehensive health evaluations, and help bridge gaps in care.

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).
