Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to perform in-home health assessments. This role offers flexible scheduling with the ability to set your days and hours. You will complete clinical assessments without the pressures of prescribing or follow-up work.

Compensation ranges from $500 to $1000 per day based on visit volume, and there are options for short-term and long-term contracts. New NPs are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license is required.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
• Availability for at least 60 hours/month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members.
• Complete pre-scheduled visits using pre-populated patient forms.
• Submit assessment forms post-visit.
