Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Physical Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Irving, TX and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. Therapists will work in patients' homes and communities, developing integrated plans with an emphasis on neurological rehabilitation and functional outcomes.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, state licensure, and experience with neurologically related disorders.
