Qualifications

• 1+ year experience with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation, active insurance, and current vehicle registration
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfort with smartphone apps and email; able to complete electronic notes

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support and supervision to adults living with severe mental illness
• Assist with securing stable housing steps and coordinating transportation
• Teach coping strategies for anxiety and other challenges
• Support daily living skills like budgeting and money management
• Encourage progress toward clients' personal goals
