Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide skilled nursing care in Alton, TX. Schedule: 7p-7a, seven days a week, with options for full-time, part-time or PRN based on availability. Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in Texas and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within last 12 months.

• Reliable transportation required.
