Job summary

Comforting, Loving & Helping Hands Home Care seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes in Apopka, Florida. Qualifications

• License: Active Florida LPN license
• Experience: Minimum two years of nursing experience
• Home Health Experience: Preferred
• Documentation Skills: Ability to complete detailed clinical notes
• Compliance: CPR certification and Level II background screening
• Transportation: Ability to travel to patient homes
• Classification: Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Perform routine skilled nursing visits as ordered
• Assist with patient assessments under RN direction, as applicable
• Administer medications and treatments within LPN scope of practice
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other skilled interventions
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the supervising RN
• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and treatment instructions
• Complete accurate, timely, and defensible clinical documentation
