Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Registered Nurses (RN) for evening and night in-home shifts. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor progress as part of a dedicated team focused on comfort and dignity.

Flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay option, and a supportive environment with one-on-one patient care. Current state LPN/LVN or RN license and CPR/BLS/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program for LPN/LVN with a current license in the relevant state.
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the plan of care and nursing scope of practice, monitoring progress.
• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids, documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings and assist with personal hygiene.
• Assess patients for injuries, infections, bedsores, and deliver appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure patient outcomes.
