Quality Healthcare Group, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Speech Therapist (SLP) to provide in-home speech-language and cognitive-communication therapy to adults in Glenolden, PA.

The role supports patients in their homes, developing individualized treatment plans and working with physicians and care teams to deliver comprehensive care. The contractor position offers flexible hours with per-visit or hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current PA/NJ state licensure as an SLP.
• CCC-SLP certification (ASHA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in home health care or community settings.
• Demonstrated experience with TBI and intellectual/mental disabilities.
• Knowledge of cognitive rehabilitation, AAC, and behavioral support techniques.
• Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor with strong time-management and documentation skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes.
• CPR certification and background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, communication, and cognitive-communication skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (POCs) in collaboration with physicians and team members.
• Provide therapy focused on speech production, language comprehension, cognitive-communication skills, and swallowing disorders.
• Work with patients with TBI, mental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and other neurological/communication challenges.
• Train family members, caregivers, and direct support staff on strategies to support communication and cognitive function.
• Document all evaluations, progress notes, and care coordination per regulations.
• Participate in care team meetings and maintain communication with physicians and agency staff.
