Job summary

Join Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of The Cigna Group, as a Home Infusion Registered Nurse in Los Angeles. Deliver specialty medications in patients' homes, coordinate with care teams, and maintain accurate records while communicating clearly with patients and families.

You must have an active RN license, 2+ years of RN experience (1 year in critical/acute care or home health), IV infusion skills, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, 1 year in critical care or home health.
• Proficiency with IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large region.
• Availability for a 40-hour workweek, including evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications (including IV) in patients' homes.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams for holistic patient care.
• Document assessments, treatments and progress in patient records.
• Serve as primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to improve outcomes.
