Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver IV infusion therapy at patients’ homes across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Pinellas counties. You’ll work with Evernorth Health Services and Carepath RX to provide patient-centered care in a home setting.

Responsibilities include safe IV administration, coordinating with pharmacists, documenting care, and acting as the primary contact for patient updates, while exercising clinical autonomy to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida required.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective administration of IV infusion medications in patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
