Leads are provided—no cold calling—and a commission-based structure with a company vehicle and your own iPad. Role involves analyzing customer needs, proposing HVAC solutions, and following up to close sales while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of previous sales experience, preferably In-Home Sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs for HVAC equipment and prepare proposals.
• Finalize sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead the sales process and build customer relationships.
• Attend trade shows and other sales activities as needed.
• Work evenings and weekends as required.
